RiVidium, Inc. (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Team Lead/HR Specialist to provide management and oversight of the USPTO Customer Service Center (CSC). The CSC is staffed by 4 Call Center Representatives and 6 Compensation and Benefits Specialists. The CSC collaborates with the Compensation and Benefits Division to provide support in various functional areas of the Compensation and Benefits Division, Office of Human Resources. The Team Lead must possess the necessary compensation and benefits knowledge to understand the work, effectively distribute, manage, and oversee tasks, and identify process and performance gaps. This role requires ensuring satisfactory and timely completion of contractor team assignments, carrying sole responsibility for staff competency and oversight, and promptly addressing any performance or conduct issues. The position also involves preparing and analyzing biweekly and monthly status reports, logs, and other tracking methods to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
