About The Position

This role is responsible for promoting the Company’s mission and values-based culture through providing an excellent product. The Team Lead will assist in monitoring safety practices, ensure compliance with company policies, and support quality control efforts by identifying and reporting issues promptly. They will ensure all hot jobs are identified and work is complete, conduct beginning of shift meetings, and communicate information to employees. The role involves identifying inventory discrepancies, reporting shortages, and maintaining accurate documentation of shift activities and production metrics. The Team Lead will coordinate workflow, provide guidance to team members to maintain efficiency, and promote teamwork and a positive work environment throughout the shift. Effective communication with supervisors and other leads to relay updates and resolve issues is essential. A working knowledge of Microsoft Software is required.

Requirements

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Software
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills.
Must be able to read and interrupt blueprints
Must have ability to pass and operate forklift
Frequently walk, stand, climb up and climb down stairs, and use hands and fingers
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
