Team Lead, Employee Experience

TripleLiftNew York, NY
Onsite

About The Position

At Triplelift, we are looking for a Team Lead, Employee Experience to join our team. This role owns TripleLift's physical workplace and day-to-day employee experience, in our New York headquarters and across our global office footprint: a managed U.S. office plus shared workspace in Chicago, Zurich, London, Paris, and Toronto. (Our India office runs its own on-site team and sits outside this role's current scope.) You are hands-on: fixing what's broken, restocking what's low, running events, and keeping every office safe and functioning. You also own the strategic side: space planning, vendor contracts, safety compliance, and a direct report. No task is too big or too small. This is a 5-day-a-week, in-office role based in New York City.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or hospitality; multi-site or global experience preferred
  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing a budget
  • Experience leading office moves, relocations, or expansions
  • Working knowledge of workplace safety standards and emergency planning
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic level (planning, budget, vendor strategy) and a hands-on level (lifting boxes, fixing a whiteboard, stocking supplies)
  • Strong judgment and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Clear, professional communication with executives, VIPs, and vendors
  • Available for occasional evening or on-call needs for events or facility emergencies

  • Plan and assist with the execution of onsite events: all-hands, holiday parties, happy hours, health fairs, and new hire welcomes
  • Handle minor repairs, furniture moves, and room reconfigurations directly
  • Own space planning, seat allocation, and lease renewals across U.S. and international offices, in partnership with Legal, Finance, and People
  • Maintain safety and compliance across all locations, including U.S. OSHA standards; build and test emergency response and business continuity plans
  • Manage a direct report and onsite or contractor staff to keep workplace service consistent across locations
  • Lead or support office moves, relocations, and expansions
  • Own vendor contracts end to end: negotiate, evaluate performance and pricing, and replace vendors when needed (cleaning, supplies, food and beverage, building services)
  • Manage the workplace operations budget; track invoices and inventory
  • Serve as the main point of contact for building management and contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial)
