About The Position

Cabinetworks Group is the U.S.'s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand. This role involves leading personnel and processes in drawer assembly, providing leadership with the Supervisor to run the department safely and effectively, and physically contributing to daily work. The position requires complying with quality standards and implementing local operational goals.

Requirements

Prior leadership experience is required
Knowledge of safe work practices
Ability to train others on safety, quality, performance, job responsibilities
Ability to read/write/communicate in English
Ability to lead/motivate/work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

One year of production experience or similar in manufacturing or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred
Must be thoroughly knowledgeable on parts and quality standards.
One year of logistics exposure preferred but not required
High School diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Lead all personnel and processes involved with drawer assembly.
Provide leadership, along with the Supervisor, in running the department safely and effectively.
Carry out instructions/directions of the Supervisor whether verbal or written.
Physically contribute to the daily work that is assigned by the area Supervisor.
Comply with quality standards and implementation of all local operational goals.
Other duties as assigned.
