Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in an operations, loan servicing, or client service environment required.
  • Strong aptitude for leading people, with a demonstrated capability to influence, motivate, train, and mentor team members required.
  • Proven capability to plan, schedule, prioritize, and delegate daily operational activities for an entire functional team under tight timelines required.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to successfully balance personal tasks with team performance metrics required.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking team production queues and compiling weekly performance status reports for senior management required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to lead and direct formal client meetings required.
  • Strong relationship-building and change-management skills, with a history of acting as a change champion to drive team agility and quality enhancements required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the leadership team with the management of daily operational activities, providing clear direction, guidance, and primary communication support for assigned functional team(s).
  • Organize, prioritize, and delegate daily workflow tasks and project assignments to ensure self and assigned team(s) meet strict production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Consistently deliver and oversee exceptional client service within a high-volume production environment, ensuring all team activities adhere to company standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide active mentorship, training, and development to team members to build product knowledge, enhance functional processing accuracy, and support a learning culture.
  • Lead and direct client meetings, serving as a trusted operational partner and staying close to the workflow by assisting in troubleshooting and resolving complex escalated issues.
  • Oversee the accurate research, collection, and analysis of property loan and tax data across multiple sources to ensure delivery expectations and inventory controls are maintained.
  • Track daily and weekly team progress, generating simple to complex performance reports to keep management informed on the achievement of operational goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, senior leaders, vendors, and strategic partners to plan, develop, and execute key projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as an active change champion within the assigned functional unit to implement process improvements, maximize team performance, and seamlessly navigate evolving objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and leverage strong professional relationships across the organization while fostering inclusive decision-making and a collaborative team environment.
