About The Position

This role is part of the Arthrex Distribution Team. The primary focus is on picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently, while adhering to all company guidelines, procedures, and policies. The position also involves assisting with training new and current employees, maintaining positive customer relationships, and communicating inventory status. A strong emphasis is placed on quality, safety, and continuous improvement within the warehouse environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Process written and oral communication skills sufficient to speak clearly and distinctly and read in English.
Performs expanded basic arithmetic calculations.
Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
Must be detail oriented, organized, possess good analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of one (1) year inventory control or shipping / receiving experience preferred.
Computer skills preferred: SAP – Processweaver, FedEx Manager, MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack and ship customer orders following guidelines, procedures and policies.
Provides assistance for on-the-job training of new employees and cross-training of current employees.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with customers.
Communicate with appropriate personnel any potential shortages and backorders.
Complies with all applicable quality system requirements.
Seeks guidance and direction as necessary for the performance of the listed responsibilities and duties.
Demonstrates good judgement in investigating and resolving problems.
Always follows all safety procedures.
Participates in 6S.
Participates and provides input for process improvement programs.
