About The Position

The Team Lead, Data Visualization supports delivery of one of our most impactful solutions, which allows our clients to access insights faster, improves decision-making, and drives significant value. In this role, you will lead the processing of data into our cloud-based analysis tools, support clients as they use our tools to generate their analysis and build reports, and help raise the bar on scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency across projects. Requirements

7+ years of experience in quantitative market research surveys, focusing on data processing, analysis, and visualization.
Proficiency in understanding and manipulating raw survey data.
Ability to translate client research questions into clear data tables, charts, and dashboards.
Demonstrated ability to manage project workstreams and meet client objectives in time-sensitive environments.
Strong autonomy and ownership mindset; able to lead larger, more complex projects with increased decision-making responsibility.
Excellent teamwork skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, comfortable in various settings.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
Proactive in learning and applying new ideas and techniques.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience with Forsta Visualization (Dapresy) and other survey data analysis tools like SPSS, Q/DisplayR, Crunch.IO.
Familiarity with survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Ask Suzy.
Some knowledge of generative AI technologies, such as ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Process data into cloud-based tools to facilitate client analysis.
Support client onboarding, training, and tool adoption to enhance satisfaction and usability.
Take ownership on larger, more complex accounts from intake through final delivery.
Support Sales efforts by contributing to client scoping, requirement definition, and technical readiness.
Contribute to product improvement by identifying opportunities, helping define requirements, and supporting innovation initiatives.
Work with diverse clients across varying skill levels, serving as an escalation point and trusted partner for complex needs.
Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.
Review client questionnaires and determine the most effective data processing methods to align with client research objectives.
Translate research objectives into actionable data processing in our online analysis & visualization tool, simplifying client report building and analysis.
Own larger, more complex client work end-to-end, from shaping requirements and data readiness through to final delivery.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring proficient use of our tools.
Develop client dashboards that highlight essential metrics, facilitating easy comprehension and sharing of results.
Achieve project objectives by delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Contribute to product management and innovation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve templates, workflows, or tool capabilities.
Continuously learn and apply new techniques to optimize our products and services.
