Will provide immediate safety and Risk Assessments for persons served. Will also provide the following services: psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, immediate risk assessment, case management support, transition/discharge planning and follow-up. Will prepare admission documentation for the daily treatment team meeting and support Supervisor in monthly statistical reports including staff scheduling. Will rotate on call duties and delegate daily shift assignments.
