About The Position

Will provide immediate safety and Risk Assessments for persons served. Will also provide the following services: psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, immediate risk assessment, case management support, transition/discharge planning and follow-up. Will prepare admission documentation for the daily treatment team meeting and support Supervisor in monthly statistical reports including staff scheduling. Will rotate on call duties and delegate daily shift assignments.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Human/Social Services and 2 years of related experience (with preferably one year in a leadership position of either supervising others and/or leading a team) OR Bachelor’s degree in Human/Social Services and 4 years of related experience (with preferably one year in a leadership position of either supervising others and/or leading a team).
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to drive an organization vehicle

Act 33/34/73 clearances

Psychiatric Residential setting experienced preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling of employees, ensuring all shifts are covered
Perform duties as a clinician and have experience to complete walk-in process and admission criteria
Support and encourage coworkers
Cover one week a month of on-call duty for the CRC and ADAS unit (additional compensation)
Prepare admission documentation for the daily treatment team meeting
Support Supervisor in monthly statistical reports including staff scheduling
Rotate on call duties
Delegate daily shift assignments
