Requirements

Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience such as two years of expertise
12 months IDT lab experience and proficient in two production functions
Understanding of the full value stream

Nice To Haves

A Bachelor's degree is preferred
Using continuous improvement tools
Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, PowerBi, SAP

Responsibilities

Organize, prioritize, and direct a team of associates purifying oligonucleotides
Assist with associate training, evaluations, performance management, and development
Communicate with management and associates to advocate for associate concerns and help ensure management directives are carried out
