Requirements

Newly designated CPA (or equivalent).
Minimum two years’ experience in public practice.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Experience with Compilation Engagements, reviews, and corporate/personal tax.
Eagerness to learn, seek feedback, and take on new challenges.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Enthusiasm for public accounting and team leadership.

Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor staff accountants on client engagements.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and your team.
Take ownership of complex projects with growing independence.
Develop assurance plans and budgets and monitor engagement progress.
Motivate and support your team’s career development.
Identify business opportunities with current clients.
Participate in internal committees and help implement firm initiatives.
Lead pre-engagement planning and deliver presentations or training in your area of expertise.
