Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years in an MSP environment strongly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or SonicWall CSSA.
  • Experience with MSP tools like ConnectWise and Kaseya.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can explain tech clearly and patiently.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
  • A team-first attitude with a self-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level IT support for Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments including Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware.
  • Design, implement, and support modern infrastructure solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
  • Architect and deploy tailored system solutions that align with each client’s unique business needs.
  • Build and support robust disaster recovery solutions.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including WAN/LAN connectivity, firewalls, routers, and security protocols.
  • Implement and support secure remote access solutions such as VPNs and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Deliver consultative services including system assessments, documentation, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients—ensuring they’re informed, confident, and supported at every step.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business to align IT with their goals.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by reviewing new technologies and trends regularly.
  • Use ConnectWise to document work, manage time, and track project progress.
