Supports Chefs in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc. This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the area, keeping cold items stocked, ensuring the kitchen area and equipment are in good working order, and upholding safety and sanitation standards in accordance with Department of Health policies.
