About The Position

The Team Coordinator position in Awning & Casement Runner is an active and communicative role, where you work with department leadership, flexing into multiple jobs in a shift. If you are a motivated, and efficient team member, with a strong focus on quality and safety, we encourage you to apply! This role involves working as a member of a team with department leadership to run an effective, efficient department, acting as a key person in the designated work area, ensuring materials are available for use, updating the stock out report and running the system for company visibility. The Team Coordinator will also ensure leadership is aware of all situations regarding safety, quality, personnel, product, and materials, and will be able to problem-solve issues as they arise. The role requires spending 90% of the workday on the floor and flexing between multiple jobs throughout the shift.

Requirements

Positive work experience in current role
Ability to work independently (self-motivated)
Ability to understand and write simple correspondences as well as verbal communication in English
Good organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team and motivate team members
Basic computer and math skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 10-25 lbs. repeatedly
