About The Position

The Team Coordinator assists the supervisor with operating an area of a department, allowing the supervisor to focus more on people and less on daily workflow issues. The role is primarily responsible for maintaining continuous production flow by resolving bottlenecks, filling in for positions as needed, identifying shortages of parts or resources, finding solutions or notifying supervisors when solutions are needed, and facilitating Lean Manufacturing processes. The coordinator also requests non-personnel assistance from other departments through work orders and requests for engineering and SFA assistance. Other reasonable manufacturing duties may be assigned. The coordinator primarily performs these tasks in the assigned department and may also be used in other departments at the Anderson facilities. Travel may be needed depending on product line needs.
