About The Position

This is a full-time Team Coordinator Janitorial position with Frantz Building Services in Owensboro. The role involves daily checks at several locations, performing cleaning duties at a high quality level, and managing work within budget constraints. The position requires a professional image, adherence to safety rules and company policies, and teamwork. The Team Coordinator will report any issues to the site supervisor and must follow attendance policies. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license & good driving record
Must have insurance
Must have at least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Positive, upbeat attitude
Eye for detail
Desire to serve customers

Responsibilities

Perform daily checks at several locations
Perform cleaning duties at a maximum quality level
Perform work within production time budgets and supply budgets
Keep equipment clean and in good operating condition
Follow all safety rules and participate in the company’s safety program
Project a professional image and maintain good customer and public relations
Adhere to company rules, policies, and operating procedures
Orientation towards teamwork in certain locations/working as a part of a team
Report to the site supervisor any equipment breakdowns, unsafe conditions, customer complaints, and any other problems that may occur
Adhere to the tardiness and absenteeism policy
Other duties as assigned
