About The Position

This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $16-$17/hr. The schedule is primarily Monday - Friday, 2nd shift, with a typical start time between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM and an end time as late as 1:30 AM. Occasional 1st shift coverage may be required. The position involves daily checks at several locations, requiring driving, and performing cleaning duties at a maximum quality level while adhering to production and supply budgets. The role also includes maintaining equipment, following safety rules, projecting a professional image, and adhering to company policies. Teamwork is emphasized in certain locations, and reporting any issues to the site supervisor is crucial. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license & good driving record.
Must have at least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Positive, upbeat attitude.
Eye for detail.
Desire to serve customers.

Responsibilities

Perform daily checks at several locations, requiring driving.
Perform cleaning duties at a maximum quality level.
Perform work within production time budgets and supply budgets.
Keep equipment clean and in good operating condition.
Follow all safety rules and participate in the company’s safety program.
Project a professional image and maintain good customer and public relations.
Adhere to company rules, policies, and operating procedures.
Orient towards teamwork in certain locations/working as a part of a team.
Report to the site supervisor any equipment breakdowns, unsafe conditions, customer complaints, and any other problems that may occur.
Adhere to the tardiness and absenteeism policy.
Other duties as assigned.
