About The Position
Hiring team Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) drivers for a dedicated Metropolitan Warehouse account. Drivers run expedited, no-touch dry freight on consistent round-trip routes from Southern California, with weekly home time for a 34-hour reset. Teams average approximately 4,200–5,000 miles per week. Routes originate in Mira Loma, California, deliver to several states, and include return loads to California. Deliveries include a mix of live unload and drop-trailer work. Drivers must live in Southern California and have reliable transportation to the Colton, California terminal.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Able to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
- Must live in Southern California.
- Must have reliable transportation to the Colton, California terminal.
Responsibilities
- Drive as a team on consistent round-trip routes from Mira Loma, California.
- Transport expedited, no-touch dry freight and handle a mix of live-unload and drop-trailer deliveries.
- Deliver freight to Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, Maryland, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
- Return loads to California.
- Work weekends as needed.
