Drive a dedicated Family Dollar fleet based in St. George, Utah, delivering dry freight across Western states. Start time is 6 a.m.; shifts can last up to 14 hours. Days off vary according to freight needs and are usually weekdays. Las Vegas-based drivers stay out for two weeks, followed by three days at home. Routes cover Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. The role involves hauling dry van freight for a dedicated Family Dollar account. Drivers unload freight using rollers and climb in and out of trailers. Equipment includes automatic tandem-axle sleeper trucks and 53-foot dry van trailers.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
Responsibilities
