Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (2) years of experience in an administrative assistant function, secretarial, travel/event coordinator and/or clerical role OR High School Diploma/GED from AND six (6) years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function, secretarial, travel/event coordinator and/or clerical role.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently
  • Experience organizing work and communicating professionally with employees at various levels of the organization
  • Knowledge equivalent to that typically obtained through administrative certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional [CAP])
  • Experience using financial and employee data systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Concur expense reporting)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for 7–9 Vice Presidents within the IT organization, including calendar management, back‑up support, and other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Coordinate and support on‑site and off‑site meetings, video conferences, and teleconferences; act as Eagan site badge request coordinator and conference room subject‑matter expert.
  • Interpret and administer corporate policies and procedures; handle confidential and sensitive business information while supporting executive‑level professionals.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports in accordance with Solventum Travel & Entertainment Policy.
  • Manage operational and IT‑related tasks including equipment requests, onboarding assistance, distribution lists, and serving as an IT mail contact.
  • Ensure that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
