About The Position

Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School is accepting expressions of interest to join their School Teaching Talent Pool to cover staff leave (both long and short term) during 2026. All teaching disciplines are welcome. The School is recognized for its strong academic performance, excellent ATAR results, and a wide range of VET and certificate course opportunities, focusing on appropriate pathways for all students.

Requirements

Full working knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum.
Evidence of providing a differentiated curriculum to meet the academic needs of individual students.
A desire to be involved in both the Special Education Needs, and Gifted and Talented Programs.
Able to demonstrate a positive, proactive approach to student wellbeing.
Ability to develop constructive relationships with students within the context of the School’s Code of Conduct, Policies, and Procedures.
An enjoyment of working with young people and establishing a caring environment.
Demonstrate a willingness to contribute to wider school programs, such as co-curricular, camps, or other school-based initiatives.
Registered with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).
Current Working with Children (WWC) check.

Responsibilities

Covering staff leave (long and short term) during 2026.
