About The Position
Teaching Assistants are needed to support OTH 6001 Occupational Performance I: Fundamentals of Occupation and OTH 6210 Basic Tenets of OT. These positions are for Summer 2026, with classes held Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (with some Thursdays for exams/competencies and holiday weeks). The position begins around June 1 and ends July 24, with a maximum of approximately 10 hours per week. Two TA positions are available, with responsibilities spanning both summer courses.
Requirements
- Must be a current CSS student
- In the OT 2027 Cohort
- Students must be in good academic status
- Students must be in good behavioral professional status

- Federal work study eligibility is preferred
Responsibilities
- Support to OTH faculty teaching courses
- Provide office hours to support first-year student learning in courses
- Host review sessions
- Proctor exams
- Grade assignments
- Competency/practical testing
- Setup/cleanup for class activities
