About The Position
The Management & Organization Department of the Smeal College of Business is seeking applicants for the part-time job of Teaching Assistant for the MGMT 355 course for the Fall 2026 semester.

- Attend class Tu/Th 12pm-1:30pm
Responsibilities
- Assist with grading assignments (entering scores/feedback in rubric based on criteria)
- Willingness to learn and work in Qualtrics, TopHat, Canvas
- Assist with in-class activities, grade participation per rubric
