Teaching Assistant KINE 3P08 Fall D2
About The Position
Brock University is seeking a Teaching Assistant for KINE 3P08 for the Fall D2 term. This position is within the CUPE4207-1 employee group. The role involves scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom duties such as preparing seminar material, student consultation, marking, grading, examination proctoring, attending lectures, holding office hours, and other course administration. Compensation is based on qualifications, with an undergraduate rate of $23.30 per hour and a graduate rate of $36.67 per hour (effective September 1, 2026). Additional duties will be compensated at the appropriate Teaching Assistant rate.
Requirements
- Must have obtained a degree in Kinesiology or equivalent
- Must be enrolled in a Kinesiology graduate program
- Must have experience with or knowledge of the course material
Nice To Haves
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in the discipline is preferred
