About The Position

Brock University is seeking a Teaching Assistant for EDUC 3P02 for the Fall D2 S2 term. This position is part of the CUPE4207-1 Employee Group. Compensation is based on qualifications, with an undergraduate rate of $23.30 per hour and a graduate rate of $36.67 per hour (effective September 1, 2026). Additional duties will be compensated at the appropriate Teaching Assistant rate. The duties and responsibilities are in accordance with Article 22 of the CUPE Local 4207, Unit 1, Collective Agreement, and include scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time such as preparation, consultation, marking, proctoring, attending lectures, holding office hours, and other course administration.

Requirements

• Honours BA or Honours BSc
• B.Ed (P/J, J/I, I/S)
• Previous successful teaching experience at the elementary, secondary, or postsecondary level
• Background in Psychology
• Successfully completed EDUC 3P02/EDUC 3F02
