About The Position
This position is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor for the HIS2529-A00 course, "Technologies, société et environnement depuis 1850", during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves supporting the professor in grading assignments, essays, and tests for this in-person course. The course is scheduled to meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 6:50 PM. The total work hours for this position are 120.
Requirements
- BA (Hon) History or equivalent
- Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
- Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.
Responsibilities
- Correction, participation to in-class and/or online classes, in-person and/or online consultation with individual students, exam proctoring, etc.
- Supporting the professor in grading assignments, essays, and tests.
