About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor position within the CUPE 2626 collective agreement for the Fall 2026 session. The role involves training, preparation, contact hours with students, grading, proctoring, and other tasks. The specific allocation of hours to various tasks will be negotiated and signed by the student and the supervising professor. The number of positions and hours offered may be adjusted based on enrollment. The work must be performed in Ottawa.

Requirements

• Have completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant program at the Faculty of Health Sciences.
• Knowledge of administration and marketing is essential.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be in Ottawa to do the work.
• If the course switches to online delivery, must have access to a computer, internet, microphone and webcam.
• Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
