About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor (CUPE) position for the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves training, correction, and other tasks related to the course. The work start date is September 01, 2026, and the work end date is December 31, 2026. The total work hours are 0. The hourly rate will be determined based on whether the student is undergraduate or graduate, and these rates do not include vacation pay nor statutory pay. These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified, with retroactivity paid after ratification. All University of Ottawa employees are required to complete mandatory legislated training. Requirements

Have completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant program at the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Fluent in English.
Must be in Ottawa to do the work.
If the course switches to online delivery, the candidate must have access to a computer, internet, microphone, and webcam.
Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.
