About The Position
This position involves assisting individual students registered in first-year ENG courses with their writing and grammatical skills at the Arts Writing Centre. The role requires a strong understanding of grammar and punctuation, and the ability to explain common errors to students. The selected candidates must be available to work in-person on Campus during the Fall 2026 term. The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements
- BA in English
- Excellent grasp of the rules of grammar and punctuation
- Demonstrated ability to explain common errors to students
- Successful completion of a grammar exercise
- Must be available to work in-person on Campus during the Fall 2026 term.
