About The Position
Grow Early Learning is seeking a motivated, experienced Teacher in Indiantown, Florida. The Teacher supports children’s school readiness by providing a safe, culturally and linguistically responsive, developmentally appropriate Head Start classroom environment.
Requirements
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or state equivalency.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents or guardians.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and improve educational programs.
- Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
