About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. It’s a journey where you learn, grow, thrive, and play every day. As a Teacher at a child care center, you will help inspire children to become lifelong learners. You will follow licensing guidelines and company standards to provide daily care, observe and assess children, plan for their learning, and communicate with families. You will complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and child development, and implement the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive learning experiences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in the classroom.
• Observe and assess children and plan for their learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with families.
• Complete training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences for children.
