About The Position
The Teacher provides daily care and early education to children in a child care center, helping inspire them to become lifelong learners. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. Teachers complete extensive training covering child care, preschool, and child development topics, and implement the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive learning experiences. The position requires an energetic, dependable, and passionate individual who is at least 18 years old, has experience in a licensed child care center or a related field, and can meet state education requirements and center requirements. Teachers must be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
