About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring a Teacher to provide daily care and support children’s learning in a child care center. The Teacher follows licensing guidelines and company standards, observes and assesses children, plans learning experiences, communicates with families, completes training on child care, preschool, and child development, and implements the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive activities.

The role involves engaging with children indoors and outdoors and participating in physical activities with them. The company describes its programs as serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years and emphasizes a safe, nurturing, engaging environment and a research-based curriculum that supports holistic development and school readiness.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience in a licensed child care center or a related field.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Be energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in the classroom.
