About The Position

This position is for a World Language Spanish Teacher. The role involves implementing effective instructional practices and strategies, analyzing data to drive instruction, and working with elementary and/or middle school students. The teacher will be expected to be computer literate, use interactive computer instructional software, and communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and the community. The position is pending budget availability and is open for ten (10) consecutive days following the date posted or until filled. Requirements

• New Jersey Spanish Teacher Certification
• Knowledge of the NJSLS and NJSLA
• Effective instructional practices and strategies
• Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
• Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others
• Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, and the community
• Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
