About The Position

This is a 2-year Educational Fellowship program where an Ed Fellow will provide targeted support, high dosage tutoring, small group instruction, and/or support the classroom teacher. The goal is to enable the classroom teacher to more easily provide targeted small group instruction to students most in need as we recover from the pandemic. The Ed Fellow will be provided resources and clinical experiences that allow them to advance in a pathway to become a licensed educator with a bachelor's degree.

• Work towards obtaining a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support to students.
• Deliver high dosage tutoring.
• Conduct small group instruction.
• Support the classroom teacher in providing targeted small group instruction to students.
