Davidson Charter Academy (DCA) is a tuition-free K–8 public charter school committed to providing an innovative and rigorous academic program that prepares students for success. Davidson Charter Academy is seeking passionate and qualified Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a commitment to student growth and achievement, and the ability to create engaging, effective lessons aligned to North Carolina state standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• NC Educator’s License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver standards-aligned instruction.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Dedication to student success and continuous professional growth.

Benefits

• Salary based on the NC Certified Teacher Salary Schedule, years of experience, and licensure status
• Additional 3% supplement paid in December and June
