Teacher, Summer (ESY) - Bridge Program, Early Childhood at Skybrooke K-8, Lutz (2025-2026)
About The Position
This position is for a Teacher in the state-required Summer Bridge Program, part of the Extended School Year (ESY) Program, for the 2025-2026 school year. The program is designed for eligible students who completed a school-year Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) program and scored below the 25th percentile on the PM 3 window of the VPK FAST. The Summer Bridge Program will focus on emergent literacy instruction grounded in the science of reading. The estimated dates for the program are June 8th to July 20th, 2026, with a teacher planning day on June 5th. Student instructional hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, while teacher hours are 7:15 AM to 12:15 PM for a total of 25 days.
Requirements
- Florida educator certificate in Elementary Education K-6
- Florida educator certificate in Pre-Kindergarten/Primary Education PK-3
- Valid Child Development Associate Credential (CDA)
