About The Position
Flagler County Public Schools is seeking a Science Teacher for Virtual Summer Credit Recovery at Flagler Palm Coast High School. This position requires attendance at paid, in-person professional learning on June 8, 2026. The program runs from June 10, 2026, through July 10, 2026. Teachers will provide up to 3 hours per week of virtual office hours for student support and up to 3 hours per week for additional responsibilities, including student communication, progress monitoring, and Edgenuity-related tasks. The total commitment is up to 6 hours per week for 5 weeks.
Requirements
- Currently contracted with Flagler County Public Schools.
- Biology 6-12 Certification Required.
- Must attend paid, in-person professional learning on June 8, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual office hours for student support (up to 3 hours per week).
- Perform additional responsibilities including student communication, monitoring progress, and Edgenuity-related tasks (up to 3 hours per week).
- Teach Science for Virtual Summer Credit Recovery.
