You will play an important part in shaping individualized care, partnering closely with families and school-based collaborators, and contributing to a clinical approach that values both strong outcomes and strong therapist support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education of the Deaf or a related field.
Valid Massachusetts Teacher of the Deaf License.
Experience teaching students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and knowledge of auditory-verbal techniques.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.
