About The Position

Bailey Education Group, LLC is hiring a Teacher/Instructional Coach/Master Educator to support schools in Massachusetts. Bailey Education Group partners with schools and districts to improve children’s lives through customized professional development and side-by-side teacher coaching. Its services include support related to state standards in Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies, as well as leadership development, special needs services, early childhood, technology, and multi-tiered systems of support.

Consultants engaged by the organization must undergo comprehensive background checks and comply with any state-specific screening requirements, which may include fingerprinting or child abuse registry checks.

Requirements

• Be an experienced educator; retired or former educators are especially encouraged to apply.
• Be a content expert who can guide teachers in their subject areas.
• Have a charismatic and driven personality and the ability to inspire and motivate teachers and school leadership.
• Be ready to make a difference.
• Undergo comprehensive background checks and comply with applicable state screening requirements.
