About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Electives Teacher for grades K-5. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid teaching certification for elementary education.
Experience teaching elementary school students.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Education.
Experience teaching multiple elective subjects.
Proficiency in educational technology tools.
Bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for elementary elective subjects (e.g., art, music, physical education, technology).
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall educational program.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and classroom activities.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
