Hire confirmation is contingent upon the position becoming vacant. The role may begin as a Long-Term Substitute if the position is not vacant by the start of the school year. This is a Long-Term Substitute position, expected to start on 9/6/26 and end on the last day of school. All substitute teachers are hired as per diem subs, even when placed in long-term assignments, and begin at the per diem rate of pay. This position is located in a Spanish/English dual language school, requiring candidates to be bilingual and bi-literate in Spanish. An English as a Second Language license at the appropriate level is highly preferred.
