The position requires acting as a role model of professionalism, supporting school philosophy and goals, ensuring student health and safety, and adhering to all policies and procedures. Teamwork, attendance at meetings, and strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required, along with managerial and administrative skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the public. The role demands self-motivation, reliability, knowledge of first-aid, and the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency. An ethical and discreet team player is sought. This position does not supervise others.
