About The Position
Responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing a Career and Technical Education (CTE) instructional program for students through curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs, while ensuring that all procedures are followed to maintain safety and security and to meet federal, state, and local regulations. This position is for the New Teacher Academy at Wiregrass Ranch High School and is a 196-day instructional position for High School grades 9-12. It is a full-time, benefit-eligible role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR Approval by or participation in a state-approved certification pathway program.
- Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate in field or District CTE Certification OR Valid statement of eligibility.
- Industry Certification/License when applicable.
- Fingerprinting and Level II background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
