About The Position

We are looking for a full-time Teacher Assistant to join our team as a floater. A floater does not stay in one classroom. Instead, you will move between our classrooms to help where you are needed most. One day you may help with infants, and the next day you may help with toddlers or PreK. If you like variety and enjoy working with kids of all ages, this job is a great fit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a fingerprint background check

Responsibilities

• Help teachers care for and supervise children
• Fill in when a classroom needs extra help or a staff member is out
• Help with meals, snacks, naps, and clean-up
• Join in play, reading, and learning activities
• Keep children safe at all times
• Follow classroom routines and Center policies
• Treat every child and family with kindness and respect
