About The Position

Springbrook Behavioral Health is seeking a Teacher Assistant to provide support to the teachers who provide daily instruction to the Adolescent School population, and serve as an integral member of the Adolescent Program. This position will also cover teachers for treatment teams, meetings, or absences. This position is a year round / 12 month position.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to develop and implement lesson plans for various age groups.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in teaching students with Special needs and Autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to teachers who provide daily instruction to the Adolescent School population.
• Serve as an integral member of the Adolescent Program.
• Cover teachers for treatment teams, meetings, or absences.
