About The Position

Emmanuel Christian School is seeking Teacher Assistants to support our classrooms and help create a positive learning environment for our students. This role includes assisting teachers with daily activities, working with small groups of students, and fostering a Christ-centered atmosphere. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (or relevant experience as determined by administration).
Agreement with and commitment to the mission, vision, and doctrinal statement of Emmanuel Christian School.
Ability to integrate faith and learning naturally and authentically.
Strong classroom management skills
Clear verbal and written communication
Organizational and planning abilities
Adaptability across grade levels and subject areas

Complete criminal background screening.
Complete CPS background screening (Indiana requirements).
Complete payroll and I-9 verification documentation.

Responsibilities

Assist teachers with daily activities.
Work with small groups of students.
