About The Position
Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to help create a joyful, nurturing environment for infants and support their growth. The role involves working with fellow educators to provide a positive, engaging learning space and an age-appropriate curriculum. The assistant observes children’s interests, helps keep them safe, supports play and social development, and shares daily milestones with parents. The position also contributes ideas for a balanced daily schedule that includes quiet and active periods, indoor and outdoor activities, and fine and gross motor development.
Requirements
- Meet all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
- Be flexible and ready to work during business hours.
- Have a strong interest in infants and their growth.

- Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
Responsibilities
- Support Cadence Education’s philosophy and help foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Document and share children’s daily milestones with parents.
- Collaborate with educators to provide a lively, age-appropriate curriculum.
- Follow children’s interests, maintain their safety, and enrich play through language, toys, and activities.
- Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors.
- Contribute ideas for a balanced daily schedule with varied quiet and active, indoor and outdoor, fine motor and gross motor activities.
