About The Position
Blueprints is hiring a Teacher Assistant for MonValley YMCA. The Teacher Assistant will assist with supervising children and managing the classroom. The role supports children’s active exploration, creativity, and development across all domains by helping design indoor and outdoor environments informed by children’s development, learning, and individual abilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Early Childhood or a related field.
- CDA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision of children.
- Assist with classroom management.
- Promote children’s active exploration, creativity, and development in all domains.
- Assist in designing indoor and outdoor environments based on knowledge of how children develop and learn and their individual abilities.
