About The Position
Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA) is seeking a dedicated Teacher Assistant to join their dynamic Head Start team in Columbia, MO. As a Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with the Teacher to create an engaging, structured classroom atmosphere that nurtures the development of children aged 0 to 5 years. You will play a vital role in supporting their health, education, and overall welfare.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Daycare, preschool, or childcare work experience is helpful.
- CDA or related Associate's degree
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Teacher to create an engaging, structured classroom atmosphere.
- Nurture the development of children aged 0 to 5 years.
- Support children's health, education, and overall welfare.
